Walker&Co offers a suite of coaching programmes to both organisations and individuals, all with the focus of empowering individuals or groups to unlock their potential, overcome challenges, and maximise their performance.

Services

Walker&Co offers three different levels of coaching support to organisations. 

1:1 or Team Coaching 

Empower your team to achieve peak performance with our 1:1 coaching programmes. We offer goal-oriented coaching for both leaders and individual contributors, designed to unlock their potential, address specific challenges, and drive tangible results across all levels of the organisation. 

Each programme is between 3-6 coaching sessions.
Common coaching programmes include:

  • Coaching individual contributors for leadership positions.
  • Coaching first-time managers through the first 6-months in role.
  • Coaching employees with lack of confidence or self-belief.
  • Coaching to drive higher performance within sales teams or BDR/AEs themselves.

“Coach the Coach” Training 

Equip your managers with the skills to inspire and guide their teams with our targeted coaching training programme. We tailor this programme to address the specific goals or challenges faced by your departments or teams, focusing on how effective coaching techniques can unlock performance, drive collaboration, and achieve lasting results.

“Coach in Residence” 

The “Coach in Residence” model is an in-house Coach, who develops, advises, and executes coaching within your organisation to support business goals by boosting productivity and performance and decreasing regretted attrition. 

As “Coach in Residence”, the remit and scope would be to:

  • Provide 1:1 and group coaching through a series of coaching programmes.
  • Advise and consult on your organisation’s coaching strategy.
  • Develop coaching strategies and/or collateral to embed coaching into your organisation.
  • Train leadership and management to coach effectively.

This model is best suited to start-up or scale-up organisations who have ambitious goals, all of which are reliant on developing and retaining a high-performing, productive, and fulfilled workforce, but with limited capacity to do so themselves.
