We provide GTM Enablement support to start-ups and scale-ups, specialising in analysing and developing data-driven enablement strategies to improve productivity, increase efficiency, and drive revenue growth. Examples include not limited to: onboarding or ramping new hires, improving funnel conversions, sales skill development, sales methodology roll-out.
Success is measured through key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with your business objectives. We do not start any enablement project without identifying the metrics we are focused on influencing. This may include increased sales revenue, improved customer satisfaction scores, reduced time to ramp, increased retention, and other relevant metrics.
We have partnered with organisations in the fintech, communications, SaaS, and health & wellness industries. However, our focus has always been on B2B GTM.
The duration varies depending on the scope and complexity of the organisation or the project. It can vary from a couple of months for a specific project or a longer duration under a retainer model.
Our programmes cater to both aspiring and experienced leaders. Irrespective of the leader’s level, all programmes focus on both being an effective talent leader and business leader. Common modules covered include: emotional intelligence, attracting top talent, performance management, driving high performance, coaching, change management, stakeholder engagement.
Firstly, our programmes are targeted at solving real-life challenges faced by the leaders within the organisations we work with. We complete extensive discovery to understand each business’s goals and priorities, to develop a programme which will have the most impact. Secondly, we place equal importance on the training as well as the post-training coaching. Each programme incorporates 1:1 coaching with each participating leader to ensure they embed their learnings when they step back into the job.
We focus on three different forms of coaching. Leadership coaching which is targeted at emerging or existing leaders across all levels. Performance coaching which is targeted at individuals who are looking to improve their current performance within their role and overcome barriers they have. Interview coaching which is targeted at individuals who are in the job search process and are looking for coaching to support them in securing their next opportunity.
We provide coaching to both organisations and individuals. For organisations, we have a “coach in residence” model where we provide leadership and performance coaching within your organisation on a monthly basis to a select group of employees. For individuals, depending on the type of coaching, we provide 3 or 6 session coaching programmes.
Each session is between 1 hour and 1.5 hours long, depending on the form of coaching.
